The drilling system for labral repair is designed with a positive stop to assist surgeons with the depth of insertion of the drill and suture anchor.

Vic Goradia MD (Richmond, VA) demonstrates repair of a full-thickness rotator cuff tear using Dunamis Medical PUNCHTac™ Anchor System. The surgeon uses the bridging repair technique to perform a double-row repair. The double-row repair utilizes two 5.5 mm medial row threaded PUNCHTac™ anchors preloaded with 2mm high strength UHMWPE Tensile Tapes (one white tape and one blue tape) and the repair is completed using two lateral row 4.5mm knotless anchors.
